Reserving A Park

Millsite, Evergreen, and Creekside Parks are available for reservation. The parks are available for family gatherings, events, and sports groups. 

Steps to Reserving a Park:
  • Contact City Hall at 541-863-3171 to check availability
  • Complete the Park Reservation Application
  • Submit both the park use fee and the deposit
Group Sports Park Reservations:
Special Events
  • Contact City Hall at 541-863-3171 to check availability
  • Complete the Special Events Permit
  • Depending on the type of event the reservation request may have to go before City Council.
